Description of work (per item)
Step 1: Turn off the tablet. We warm the touchscreen around the perimeter with a hairdryer. (temperature 200-250 degrees).
Step 2: After heating, insert between the glass and the plastic frame, in the upper right corner, a spatula and raise the touchscreen. In the resulting gap, insert a plastic mediator.
Step 3: We conduct a mediator around the perimeter of the touchscreen, thereby peeling off the touchscreen from the tablet body. Be careful in the lower left side there is a touchscreen loop, do not damage it.
Step 4: After you have peeled off the touchscreen, lift it to the left side (like a book).
Step 5: Remove the 4 screws securing the display. Lift the display to the left (like a book)
Step 6: Disconnect the display cable connector by lifting up the metal clip. Remove the display.
Step 7: Disconnect the touchscreen cable by lifting the two plastic clips up. Remove the touchscreen.
Step 8: Remove the plastic seal at the bottom of the tablet to the left of the system connector.
Step 9: Disconnect the system connector cable connector, speaker connector and wi-fi antenna coaxial cable.
Step 10: Unscrew the 2 screws securing the system connector. We remove the system connector with a loop.
Step 11: Disconnect the top cable by lifting the two plastic tabs up at the top of the motherboard.
Step 12: Unstick the stickers from the top loop.
Step 13: Disconnect all available connectors from the top loop.
Step 14: Unscrew all the screws securing the upper loop to the case.
Step 15: Unscrew the 2 screws securing the main camera.
Step 16: Unscrew the 2 screws securing the headset jack.
Step 17: Remove the SIM tray.
Step 18: Turn the top loop up.
Step 19: Unstick the sticker from the connector of the SIM connector. Disconnect the connector.
Step 20: Unscrew the 3 screws securing the SIM connector to the case. We remove the sim connector.
Step 21: We remove the top loop.
Step 22: Unscrew all the screws securing the system board.
Step 23: Turn the board up. Disconnect the 3 coaxial cables from the back of the board and remove the board itself.
Step 24: Unscrew the 4 screws securing the wi-fi antenna. Carefully unstick the coaxial cable from the loop of the polyphonic speaker and remove the wi-fi antenna.
Step 25: Unscrew the screws securing the tab of the loop of the side buttons. Retrieve the tab.
Step 26: Unscrew the screw securing the bracket for the side buttons. Carefully peel off the cable of the side buttons from the case.
Step 27: Unscrew the 2 screws securing the power button. We extract the loop with the buttons entirely. To assemble the tablet, follow the instructions in reverse order.
