Shortly before the announcement of the first OnePlus TV, photos of the back of the device’s body and its remote control were already appearing on the network, and now insiders managed to get even closer to it. The new leak not only demonstrated the model in new photographs close-ups, but also declassified previously unknown specifications.
According to the author of the leak, OnePlus TV will be presented in two versions: Q1 and Q1 Pro. Both televisions will receive a 55-inch QLED matrix with a resolution of 4K, and the key difference between them will be the presence of additional speakers in the Pro-model. For each model, support for HDR10 is claimed.
New items will be equipped with 2.5 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory, the refresh rate of the screen will be 100 Hz. The TVs have three HDMI ports, 2 USB, SPDIF, an analog audio output, an antenna connector and an Ethernet port. Additionally, support for dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 is implemented.
If you believe the source, then OnePlus TV will run on the Android TV operating system with the proprietary OxygenOS shell. The list of pre-installed applications will include Netflix and Amazon Prime. The complete remote control supports voice control using the Google Assistant and is equipped with a quick access button to the Amazon Prime Video service. The USB Type-C port is used to charge the internal battery.
The cost of the OnePlus TV Q1 and Q1 Pro TVs at the start of sales, according to an insider, will be about 900, rather than the frightening 2100, as indicated earlier.
