Disk Cleaner opens.

Free up disk space by deleting unnecessary files

and the panel will open "Uninstall or change a program", here you can select a program you have not used for a long time and delete it.
Just below is another Clear button, if you click it, then all recovery points except the last one are deleted, I want to say that recovery points always take up a lot of disk space and this way you can free up a lot of free space on the hard drive. Click clean, then OK.
Delete files. Personally, after these actions, 10 GB of free space on the C: drive was freed up, but there was only one recovery point.
Note: The operating system constantly runs many processes belonging to Windows and other programs; as a result of their life, temporary data files are periodically created, which are located in Temp folders, if you delete these files yourself, you will return another couple, three gigabytes. After the disk cleaning process is completed, I recommend manually deleting everything from the temporary file folders.

The task scheduler starts. Choose an action "Create a simple task"
Wizard to create a simple task. Enter an arbitrary task name "Disk Cleanup"
In the schedule for the task, indicate weekly.
Tick any day of the week. For example, Saturday.
